- All estimates are subject to change based on final measurements and site conditions.
- Project timelines may vary depending on materials availability, site conditions, and scope of work.
- Payment terms will be agreed upon in writing before any project begins.
- Freeway Constructions LLC is not responsible for delays caused by third-party suppliers, material shortages, or conditions beyond our control.
- Any changes to the project scope after work has begun may result in additional charges.
2. Estimates & Pricing
Free estimates are provided as approximations based on the information available at the time of the visit. Final pricing may differ if site conditions, material selections, or project scope change. A written agreement will be provided before work begins.

5. Warranty
Warranty coverage on workmanship will be outlined in your project agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials are separate and are handled directly with the manufacturer. Contact us if you have any concerns after your project is complete.
